These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VendPass, including our website at vendpass.app and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by VendPass ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VendPass is a mobile application designed to help trading card game (TCG) vendors track deals, trades, inventory, and profit and loss at card shows and events.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
VendPass is currently in an invite-only beta. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time and for any reason without notice. Features and functionality may change significantly during the beta period.
Access to the Service during the beta period is managed by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content, design, trademarks, and code within the Service are owned by or licensed to VendPass. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Data you enter into VendPass — including deal logs, inventory records, and financial figures — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Financial data and P&L figures generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
